Respiratory Therapist or Nurse

Seeking for our Valleyfield clinic:

• A mature, confident individual that always puts the patient first
• Relevant health Care experience ie RN, Respiratory Therapist w or w/out RPSGT
• A desire to study sleep technology and sleep apnea therapy
• Bilingual and confident person who likes to take charge
• Passion for customer service and human relations
• A desire to learn new technologies and strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Supporting patients throughout their sleep disorder screening process by teaching them the pathophysiology of sleep apnea and the implementation of diagnostic devices.
• Supporting patients throughout their therapeutic journey, including the prescribed treatments.
• Teaching the use of a positive pressure device.
• Ensuring that the patient fully understands the implications of their therapy.
• Providing patient follow-up according to Apnea Health standards through personalized clinical consultations.
