Secretary / Retail Sales Advisor

Seeking for our Laval, Magog and Prévost clinics:

• A mature, confident individual that enjoys taking control and leading the charge
• A passion for customer service and building client and supplier relationships
• A desire to learn new technologies and cloud-based software
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated to balance and organize a number of responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment, while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide information/demonstrations to prospective clients in person, by email and by phone
• Create walk-in appointments for patients using our EMR (electronic medical records) system
• Provide assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements
• Work entirely with computer and cloud-based systems
