Online Retail Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the online store, including phone orders, customer inquiries, exchange/return requests, and updating product descriptions and pricing.
• Process online orders, including contacting customers by phone or email when necessary.
• Prepare and package orders, including printing shipping labels and invoices.
• Handle all daily POS (point of sale) procedures and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate monthly records related to damaged products and inventory adjustments.
• Perform daily inventory management tasks: placing orders, receiving shipments/pallets, and restocking.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products through online advertising.
• Respond to calls received via the 1-800 number related to online orders.
• Monitor and respond to emails sent to the online store address in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve issues related to customer orders, including delays, errors, or special requests.
• Assist in analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving, entrepreneurial spirit, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to use a computerized POS system or Shopify.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and neat appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs, with frequent squatting, kneeling, bending, and long periods of standing.
• Proficient computer skills.
